The Central Park Residence is a project designed for a family looking to expand and renovate their existing home in the city, creating new living spaces and bedrooms for their family and friends. The design of the condominium was a collaboration with the home owner, ABA Studio and Jocelyne Beaudoin as lead interior designer.

Two adjacent condo apartments were combined and gut renovated to create a four bedroom, four bathroom home overlooking Central Park. A new enfilade corridor along the window wall utilizes pocket doors to create flexible circulation and maximizes the views while making the spaces feel more expansive.
New windows, radiator enclosures, and draperies enhance all of the existing window openings and focus the view towards the park. Existing bathrooms and bedrooms were redesigned with marble finishes along with new built-in closets and furniture throughout.
